Terms & Conditions

By booking a consultation or treatment through this platform, you agree to the terms below. These exist to protect your time, our time, and the quality of care.

1) Online Consultations (Virtual)

Fees: Consultation fees are non-refundable once booked, as your slot is reserved.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 2 times at no charge with minimum 24 hours’ notice. After that, or with shorter notice, the booking is forfeited with no refund.
Punctuality: Please join on time (Zoom/Google Meet). Late arrival reduces your session time. No-shows forfeit the fee with no reschedule.
Tech readiness: You are responsible for stable internet, a quiet space, and a working camera/mic. If you consent, sessions may be recorded only for follow-up planning.
Privacy & cancellation: Sessions are confidential. If we must cancel/reschedule due to emergencies or technical issues, you will receive full credit toward a future booking.

2) At-Home Treatments (In-Person Visits)

Fees: Treatment fees are non-refundable once scheduled.
Rescheduling & punctuality: You may reschedule up to 2 times with minimum 48 hours’ notice. Be ready at the scheduled time; delays may result in forfeiture.
Travel expenses: You agree to reimburse round-trip travel costs (fuel/taxi at standard rates), confirmed upfront. You must provide the correct address and parking details at booking.
Hygiene & safety: Your space must be clean, well-lit, and hygienic (sanitized area, fresh linens). We reserve the right to discontinue/reschedule without refund if conditions feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or unprofessional.

3) General Policies

Results disclaimer: Treatments are personalized, but results vary by individual factors and cannot be guaranteed.
Liability: Please follow all aftercare instructions. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by misuse of products, failure to follow guidance, or incomplete medical disclosures.
Updates: Terms may be updated periodically. Please review before booking.
